We're Here to Help!

If you are a Georgia state agency, county, city, school district, university, court, law enforcement agency, library, public health agency, and special district authority, you are facing the 2026-27 Department of Justice (DOJ) deadlines for ADA Title II law compliance.

We offer a step-by-step process for helping you achieve compliance.

Step 1: Free Accessibility Health Check

We begin by sampling representative ICT (webpages, PDFs/forms, media, apps, and training) and run preliminary tests against WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.

From there, we deliver a scorecard to you with critical issues, examples, and quick wins, ready to share with stakeholders.

Step 2: Findings Presentation and Roadmap

We connect with you to do a live readout on our findings for your stakeholders. This includes:

  • A 90-day plan for visible improvements

  • A 12-18 month roadmap to reach and sustain compliance before your DOJ deadline

  • Line-item estimates for remediation, maintenance, training, and support

Step 3: Testing, Remediation, and Documentation

We put all your ICT through comprehensive accessibility testing and begin editing, rebuilding, or replacing content in accordance with the roadmap to comply with ADA Title II.

We document compliance of your ICT via Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT), Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR), and Accessibility Statements overseen by DHS Certified Trusted Testers and accessibility experts.

Step 4: Maintenance and Updates

Once testing and remediation is complete, we perform periodic audits of webpages, PDFs/forms, media, apps, and training to ensure ongoing compliance.

We provide guidance, templates, and checklists to help you keep content accessible as it’s created, updated, or purchased.
