From branching, scenario-based training to gamified instruction, Interactive Advantage has provided a wide range of learning solutions throughout the years. Take some time to browse through our work.

Scenario-Based De-escalation Training

Scenario-based training offers a practical and engaging way for learners to face difficult situations and receive feedback in a safe environment. In this example, you’ll put your verbal skills to the test as you’re placed in the shoes of a corrections officer who must de-escalate an agitated youth. The multiple decision points and branches provide every learner with a unique experience.

Gamified Learning

We are aware of the power of interactivity, and games are among the most engaging interactive pieces we can create. This example explores time management techniques in the form of a gamified learning experience. This example is also responsive, allowing all audiences to play regardless of their device. See how the addition of game-like features can further enrich the elearning experience to engage the learner and create lasting impact.

Motion Graphic Animation Video

Videos can make complex subjects easier to understand. PECOS is the online Medicare enrollment management system created by the Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) which allows medical providers and suppliers to electronically manage their enrollment in the Medicare program. We developed this video for CMS to help the general public understand the value and benefits of PECOS using animated motion graphics.

Call Center Soft Skills Training

As Mark Twain said, "The difference between the right word and the almost right word is the difference between lightning and the lightning bug." This soft skills example shows how characters and a simple story can figuratively put the right words in the mouths of call center associates for an improved customer experience, lower employee stress, and better business.

Software Simulation Meets Accessibility

How can you train the next nuclear powerplant program specialist without risking total meltdown? Software simulation! Simulations help familiarize learners with the intricacies of a program before jumping into the real thing. This example shows new students how to create a calendar event in their student portal. They can watch a demonstration of the process, practice the process in a safe environment, and complete the process as a scored assessment. To accommodate students of all abilities, this course was also produced as accessible and passes Section 508 compliance standards.

Microlearning for Product Knowledge

We could all use a little refresher from time to time, and elearning is a great medium to do this. More specifically, microlearning, which is training intended to be consumed in 5 minutes or less. This example was one of several designed for skincare product salespeople seeking to reinforce their knowledge of key topics before meeting potential clients. The gamified approach allowed for more rapid assessment with fewer transitions, all presented in a playful and stylized approach that resonated with the demographic.

Scenario-Based Diagnostic Practice

Everyone loves a great story, and scenarios are a great way to grab the learner's attention. This example puts you in the shoes of a medical professional where you will analyze patient profiles to diagnose and recommend treatments.

Knowledge Reinforcement Game

Once initial transfer of knowledge is complete, how do you continue assessing and reinforcing that knowledge over time? Microlearning! This example is one of many that supplemented traditional elearning modules with quick, bite-sized recaps of important topics that can be completed in minutes. Designed for childhood caregivers, this example features customized graphics and gamification elements for a unique and playful learning experience. This was also optimized for rapid and easy development, supporting easy customization for different topics or graphics as needed.

Video Learning Resources

Video is a popular and effective way to share a company’s vision and motivate employees. This video illustrates how an airline company adapted and reshaped itself in a way that benefits both customers and employees. This example was created as a fictitious promotional video for use in a classroom setting. It is designed to present specific leadership concepts as part of an instructor-led training experience.
