Success Stories
Interactive Advantage has helped hundreds of clients over the decades. Here are some we would like to share with you.

Government
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
CGI Federal Inc. needed help to design and develop educational services in support of the launch of the next generation of Medicare Provider Enrollment, Chain, and Ownership System (PECOS). The new PECOS product developed by CGI Federal Inc. for CMS is an online Medicare enrollment management system that allows individuals and entities to enroll as Medicare providers or suppliers.

We provided a team of nine individuals, each of whom hold a Public Trust clearance, that came to be known as “the Educational Media group” on the PECOS project. In addition to the system tutorial production and knowledgebase article composition we were first contracted to deliver, we were also trusted with the production of public-facing educational materials that include infographics, public relations videos, and FAQs. All materials are Section 508 compliant. The first Option Period was successful and CGI Federal Inc. elected to exercise Option Period 2 to continue the engagement with Interactive Advantage.
Corporate
AGCO Corporation
AGCO was looking to outsource the design and development of product knowledge training for all their dealerships and employees. AGCO was specifically looking for a vendor who could not only deliver those services but also consult with them on the latest learning technologies and trends that could be brought to their trainings.

Interactive Advantage now acts as the exclusive provider of consulting and elearning/multimedia development services for all of AGCO’s 600+ dealerships nationally. These services include compiling existing video content, shooting new video content, and using image assets to create new video-based product knowledge training for each of their brands. Interactive Advantage consults with AGCO regularly to design and develop training material as well as keep their current trainings up to date. Interactive Advantage has been the official vendor for elearning design, development, and consulting for AGCO for nearly a decade.

Government
Department of Juvenile Justice
The Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice De-escalation training had always been delivered face-to-face at great expense to the State. They needed to convert the classroom materials to a self-paced, asynchronous elearning course designed to reduce the use of physical force, altercations, and restraints in order to create a safer work environment and build officer confidence in de-escalation techniques.
Interactive Advantage instructional designers analyzed the existing content to capture the learning objectives, scenarios, and overall design of the course. We created storyboards that represented on-screen text, voiceover and character dialog scripts, and interactivity concepts. To create realistic scenarios, our graphic designers and developers produced photo-illustrated images derived from photography and voiceover sessions with hired talent. In the new elearning experience, learners explore and face challenges in a safe environment with opportunities to retry activities and rehearse verbal actions. Learners are now able to take the self-paced course at any time and with far less cost to the State.
Government
Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)
The FDIC’s Corporate University required conversion and modernization of eight Instructor-Led Training (ILT) courses to a blend of remotely delivered elearning activities and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT). The materials were out-of-date and did not align with virtual classroom activity types and the online format. With the COVID-19 pandemic in full swing, the FDIC needed the courses converted to a remote delivery format in a timely manner, within the established budget, and at a quality level that at least equaled other FDIC training offerings.

The Interactive Advantage team began with a qualitative and quantitative gap analysis, content analysis, and audience analysis to determine course design requirements. This work was done in collaboration with FDIC subject matter experts and course instructors. The updated course materials included engaging PowerPoint presentations, video-based instruction, participant guides, facilitator guides, handouts, and agendas which all complied with Section 508 accessibility requirements. We set a new quality bar for remote training materials production at the FDIC, receiving the highest marks on the Contractor Performance Evaluation which included Quality of Product or Service, Cost Control, Timeliness of Performance, Business Relations, and Customer Satisfaction.
