Touch Point had a financial product and was looking for software systems training for that product.

Solution

Interactive Advantage developed all software systems training for the financial software product. Touch point supplied the subject matter experts and Interactive Advantage provided the instructional design and e-learning development and worked collaboratively to build out the training curriculum and develop the e-learning.

Touch Point was able to deploy the financial software systems training to their employees to ensure they had the necessary knowledge to use the product.
