Challenge

Subaru needed e-learning development templates to be created and maintained for internal e-learning development as well as someone to provide technical support and training on the various authoring tools.

Solution

For the last 10 years Interactive Advantage has not only built and maintained Subaru’s e-learning development templates but has also built dozens of e-learning courses and helped to migrate hundreds of their e-learning courses from an older authoring tool to a newer one and to make it interoperate with their new Cornerstone on-demand learning management system. Interactive Advantage also provided authoring tool training to the Subaru internal staff so that they could better create and develop their own materials.

Results

Interactive Advantage and Subaru continue to work together and have for over 10 years. We continue to update the e-learning development templates as well as continue to provide technical support to their internal instructional design staff. Interactive Advantage also continues to develop some more in-depth and interactive courses for Subaru.
