RBC was looking for an interactive and compelling way to train their employees on new financial products that would be distributed through their channel partners.
Interactive Advantage developed a series of e-learning courses on new financial products that RBC was distributing through their channel partners. Interactive Advantage also created a series of e-learning games to reinforce the employee’s knowledge of those products.
RBC was able to deploy the e-learning courses to their locations and train their people adequately on the new financial products.
