Challenge

Equifax was conducting a company-wide HR initiative they called “Connections” and were looking for someone to design, develop, and assist with development of an e-learning course series in three languages for over 7000 employees in 14 countries.

Solution

Interactive Advantage created the courses, documented the technical and instructional standards for the courses, facilitated international pilot testing and ensured multimedia compatibility. The course series became a new model for online training at Equifax and received accolades from Equifax leadership. In 2013 Interactive Advantage updated the course series to account for new HR policies, to ensure compatibility with emerging browsers and devices, and to add new content treatments driven by innovations introduced by Interactive Advantage such as scenario-based learning and HTML 5 interactivity. In 2016 and 2017, Interactive Advantage designed and developed leadership training to support the Connections initiative among management at all levels of Equifax.

Results

Interactive Advantage and Equifax have continued to work together since the initial “Connections” project in 2010.
