Challenge

BellSouth had a large project with many courses that needed to be developed rapidly and in a consistent manner but did not have enough people on staff that were capable of doing this sort of development.

Solution

Interactive Advantage created e-learning development templates and processes to support rapid e-learning design and development. We then conducted training for the BellSouth employees who would be designing and developing the courses moving forward.

Results

BellSouth employees were able to use the training they received as well as the e-learning development templates we created to make courses internally moving forward.
