AGCO was looking to outsource the design and development of product knowledge training for all of their dealerships and those working at those dealerships. AGCO was specifically looking for a vendor who could not only deliver those services but also consult with them on the latest learning technologies and trends that could be brought to their trainings.
Interactive Advantage acts as the exclusive provider of consulting and e-learning/multi-media development services for all of AGCO’s 600+ dealerships nationally. This includes compiling existing video content, shooting new video content and using image assets to create new video-based e-learning presentations for each of their products. Each product knowledge training includes pre and post-training knowledge measurements. Interactive Advantage consults with AGCO regularly to ensure that their trainings are up do date on the latest trends in e-learning.
Interactive Advantage has been the official vendor for e-learning design, development, and consulting for AGCO for nearly 5 years. We work with AGCO multiple times throughout the year to design and develop training material as well as keep their current trainings up to date.
