What is the Interactive Advantage?
Adult learners have a greater need to understand why they are participating in learning and how it will benefit them. In other words, “What’s in it for me?” or WIIFM.

Active participation and autonomous discovery yield much greater results than passively engaging with the learning content. Learning should be interactive and not just interaction for interaction’s sake. Interactions must contribute to fulfilling the learning goal in a relatable context that establishes lasting memories, shapes or changes behavior, and drives on-the-job performance.
