Plan Terms and Conditions

  • Each separate issue is recorded as a minimum of 15 minutes of support
  • The payment for Annual Support is due at the beginning of the support period
  • The period of Annual Support expires twelve months from the start date
  • Plans are upgradeable within the original Annual Support period by paying the difference
  • If an Annual Support plan is renewed or upgraded in the 12th month, any remaining hours will roll over into the new plan
  • The Annual Support plans are non-refundable but, within the original Annual Support period, can be transferred to other support services

* Support hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time with the exception of company holidays and special events. A list of our company holidays is available upon request.
