Advanced Auto Parts needed sales training for all of the franchise stores for employees ranging from managers to new hires on how to greet customers, talk about the products in the store, and how to present themselves on the floor. They also had a need for POS (point of sale) systems training and inventory management for store managers.
Interactive Advantage brought in a team of 6 Instructional Designers to work on the project which included defining the learning objectives, creating the story boards, developing all e-learning material and all learning support materials to support all franchise store locations in the country.
Advanced Auto Parts received all needed materials and training to successfully train their staff at all franchise locations.
