Challenge

ADP needed to be able to create training on their Human Resources Management System (HRMS) so that all of the ADP employees and companies who subscribe to their HRMS system could use it.

Solution

ADP hired a team of 12 instructional designer to come in and write up all of the training for the system. Interactive Advantage was responsible for training those 12 instructional designers by defining the process for how the project would be executed and then trained the designers on how to execute the process of story boarding the content, writing the scripts, and planning the flow of the course. Interactive Advantage then supplied the entire e-learning development staff with templates to develop out the e-learning for the courses

Results

Interactive Advantage developed around 20 hours’ worth of e-learning course material for ADP as well as trained the ADP team of designers in the development of e-learning so that they could operate internally.
