Bill Shackelford

Data Analylist, Diversity Strategist, Educator

Bill has had three very successful careers - all of which he draws upon for current work as a consultant. First, he has served as an educator (Physics professor and Engineering Program Director). His experiences there allow him to design effective services for the college/university environment. Second, he has worked in government and corporate as a researcher and data analyst. These experiences prepared Bill for consulting in those two environments. Third, Bill has built his company from the ground up to a very successful diversity consulting firm. This experience has prepared Bill for his next challenge - taking a national company global.

He specializes in data collection and analysis and providing strategic diversity consulting. Bill combines his technical education with past formal work as a data analyst to provide clients deep organizational assessments in an easy to understand format. Also, he has of leverage more than 20 years of diversity consulting experience to assist E-Suite leaders manage diversity challenges faced by their organizations.
