publishing for iPad

Good Afternoon -
I am using Storyline and publishing our content in HTML5 for our LMS. Most of our employees use their company issued iPad's; however, Storyline content is not working due to a known "bug"?? Is anyone else having this issue? I am trying to determine if it is our LMS or authoring tool. If it is Storyline, does anyone know if they are fixing this issue?
Thank you ~ swoodhouse

LMS/ Storyline HTML5 output issues

My company also uses Storyline and we need our content to be iPad available for our reps.  We wanted to use the articulate mobile player to publish since it works much better than the html5 output but it only tracks using Tin Can API and our LMS does not support this. We have moved to HTML5 output and there are many issues. There is a signficant lag between our audio and animations when we have the seekbar available for our users which is necessary for our courses. We also have had it crash on us in the middle of a course about 50% of the time. We have been working with Storline and our LMS to figure out the issue and it looks like it's coming from the LMS side and it's compatibility with IOS safari. Our courses worked fine on iPads with html5 output on Articulates SCORM cloud. So we are currently on hold with our courses waiting for our LMS (cornerstone) to get back to us as their technical team evaluates the issue. Not sure if this helps any, but I can guarantee the problme is almost certainly on the LMS side of things.
